You Tube is the kingdom of mediocrity, we have yet to see a real artist filmmaker use Vimeo or YouTube as a mean of distribution. Youtube is great for what it is video bookmarking, and video sampling, but it’s not an independent movie studio where postman from a farm in Iowa becomes the new Mozart. At least not yet.
